お問い合わせ内容は最大180日間保存し、その後削除します。メールアドレスはハッシュ化して保存し、そのままの形では残しません。用件によっては自動で定型のご案内をお送りします（返金・退会・個人情報に関するご連絡は、必ず人が確認します）。 Messages are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted. Your email address is stored as a hash, never in plain form. Some messages get an automatic templated reply — anything about refunds, account deletion, or privacy is always read by a person.
