独自ドメインのメールボックスを確認します。確認コードのメールが届いているので、6桁の数字をアプリに入力して「確認する」をタップします。迷惑メールフォルダや検疫フォルダも確認してください。 -
メールルールを設定してメモを整理する
メールクライアント（Gmail、Outlook、Thunderbird等）でフィルタやルールを設定し、送信元（[email protected]）のメールを「メモ」フォルダやラベルに自動振り分けします。これでビジネスメモのワークフローが完成します。

Verify your custom domain email works
Send a test email to your custom domain address (e.g., [email protected]) and confirm it arrives. For newly configured addresses, verify that DNS settings (MX records) are correctly propagated. -

Search "Simple Memo Fast" on the App Store, or use this direct link. Once installed, tap the gear icon in the bottom-right corner to open Settings. -

Enter the 6-digit code from your email
Check your custom domain mailbox for the verification email. Look in Spam or Quarantine folders if needed. Enter the 6-digit code in the app and tap "Verify." -

現在、Captio式シンプルメモは1つのメールアドレスへの送信に対応しています。設定画面からいつでも送信先を変更できます。仕事用と個人用を切り替えて使うことが可能です。

Can I use a work email on a custom domain?
Yes. Simple Memo works with any email address that can receive standard SMTP emails. This includes Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Fastmail, Zoho, and any IMAP/POP-compatible hosting. If your organization blocks external senders, ask your IT admin to whitelist [email protected].
Which email hosting services are supported?
Any service that receives standard SMTP email. This includes Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Fastmail, Zoho Mail, AWS WorkMail, and shared hosting providers. If it has an inbox, it works with Simple Memo.
Is my memo content secure?
Yes. Offline memos are encrypted with AES-GCM on your device. Sending is handled via Cloudflare Workers and Resend API — memo content is not stored on our servers. Once delivered, your memo is protected by your email service's security.
How many memos can I send per day?
Unlimited during the 7-day free trial. After that, 3 per day on the Free plan. Premium ($2.99/month or $29.99/year) unlocks unlimited sends.
What happens to memos I write offline?
Memos are stored locally with AES-GCM encryption and automatically sent when you reconnect. Perfect for business trips or areas without Wi-Fi — your memos are never lost.
