始める前に確認すること Before You Begin
- iPhone（iOS 16.0以降）を用意する

- 設定中にGmailを確認できる環境を用意する（同じiPhoneのGmailアプリでもOK）
- Captio式シンプルメモをApp Storeからダウンロードする

アプリをダウンロードする
App Storeで「Captio式シンプルメモ」または「Simple Memo Fast」を検索してダウンロードします。またはこちらのリンクから直接ダウンロードできます。 -
アプリを起動して設定画面を開く
アプリを起動するとメモ入力画面が表示されます。画面右下の設定アイコン（歯車マーク）をタップして設定画面を開きます。 -
Gmailアドレスを入力する
「宛先メールアドレス」の入力欄に、メモを受け取りたいGmailアドレス（例：[email protected]）を入力します。入力後、「確認コードを送る」ボタンをタップしてください。 -
Gmailに届いた6桁の確認コードを入力する
Gmailの受信トレイを開きます。Captio式シンプルメモから件名「確認コード」のメールが届いているので、記載された6桁の数字をアプリの確認コード欄に入力し「確認する」をタップします。迷惑メールや「プロモーション」タブにある場合もあります。 -
設定完了 — メモを送り始める
設定が完了しました。メモ入力画面でテキストを書いて送信ボタンをタップすると、Gmailの受信トレイにすぐにメモが届きます。7日間は送信無制限のトライアル付きです。

Enter your Gmail address
In the "Destination Email" field, type your Gmail address (e.g., [email protected]). Then tap "Send Verification Code." -
Enter the 6-digit code from Gmail
Open your Gmail inbox. You'll find an email from Simple Memo with a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code in the app and tap "Verify." Check Spam or the Promotions tab if it's not in your inbox. -
Done — start sending memos
Setup complete. Type a memo on the main screen and tap Send. Your memo will arrive in your Gmail inbox almost instantly. Your 7-day unlimited trial starts now.

トラブルシューティング Troubleshooting
まず迷惑メールフォルダと「プロモーション」タブを確認してください。それでも見つからない場合は、Gmailの検索バーで「シンプルメモ」または「verification」と検索します。数分経っても届かない場合は、アプリの設定画面で「コードを再送する」をタップしてください。
アプリの送信履歴画面でステータスを確認します。「送信済み」になっているにもかかわらずGmailに届かない場合は、Gmailの迷惑メールフォルダを確認してください。また、オフライン時に送信したメモはOutboxに保存され、オンライン復帰後に自動再送されます。
組織のセキュリティポリシーにより、外部からのメールがブロックされている可能性があります。IT管理者に問い合わせるか、個人のGmailアドレス（@gmail.com）をお試しください。

Check your Spam folder and the Promotions tab first. Search Gmail for "Simple Memo" or "verification code." If still not found after a few minutes, tap "Resend Code" in the app settings.
Check the send history in the app for the status. If it shows "Sent" but Gmail doesn't have it, check the Spam folder. Memos sent while offline are stored in Outbox and automatically resent when you reconnect to the internet.
Your organization's security policy may be blocking external emails. Contact your IT administrator or try using a personal Gmail address (@gmail.com) instead.

What happens to memos I write offline?
