Verification code not arriving at iCloud Mail

Check your Junk folder first. Then verify that iCloud Mail is enabled on your device: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Mail (toggle must be green/on). If iCloud Mail is off, emails can't be received even though the address exists. Enable it, then resend the code from the app.

I don't have an iCloud Mail address — how do I get one?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Mail and toggle it on. This creates an @icloud.com email address (separate from your Apple ID email). Once created, you can use it as your Simple Memo destination.

Memos are arriving but I'm not getting notifications

Check Settings → Notifications → Mail and confirm notifications are enabled for the Mail app. Also check that notifications for your iCloud account specifically are turned on within the Mail notification settings.

Can I use @me.com or @mac.com addresses?
